Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all template and digital asset purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been granted.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

• The product is significantly different from its description

• A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved

• Duplicate payments were made accidentally

Services

For custom creative services, refunds depend on project stage and completed work.

Deposits and completed milestones are typically non-refundable.
