Role overview
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll own projects end to end: understanding client needs, shaping the concept, and making sure the finished space matches the design.
You’ll mentor junior designers and work closely with our visualizers and project managers.
Responsibilities
Lead client meetings, briefs, and design presentations
Create space plans, concepts, and material palettes
Review drawings, 3D visuals, and specifications for accuracy
Visit sites to resolve design issues during execution
Mentor junior designers and review their work
Requirements
Degree or diploma in interior design or architecture
6+ years of residential or hospitality interior experience
Strong portfolio of completed projects
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery details
Preferred skills
AutoCAD, SketchUp, and a rendering tool such as V-Ray or Enscape
Experience with luxury villas or boutique hotels
Confident client communication
